Frances, Teresa, and Tracy were friends since they were 14 years old. The three women were living with their parents, and were all active members in the Special Olympics and Cardinal Hayes program. As the parents were getting older and future planning became more important, it was another parent who suggested the three women reside together in the Fieldston residence. They decided to invite their good friend Maureen, from the day program they attended, to come live with them. After the usual parental fears and many questions were answered, the four women moved into the Fieldston residence together. They have known each other for well over 25 years and their relationships continue to grow today.Success Stories
